In the game, open Options → Advanced → Diagnostics to copy a local report. Nothing is sent automatically.

Keep your progress

On Android, Options → Cloud saves lets you back up through Google Play Games. Once you enable it, the game backs up about once a minute while you play. You choose before a cloud save replaces local progress. Badges are in the main menu and on your in-game phone.

The game saves your current night and delivery on your device. In Options → Advanced → Save backup & restore, copy your save somewhere safe. Paste it on another device to restore it. Restoring replaces that device’s current progress.

Deleting the app may remove your local save. Keep a backup before reinstalling or changing phones.

The clock and your phone

The night keeps moving while you browse jobs or read dialogue. Tap Pause to stop the game. When you leave the app, it pauses and saves your night.

Music, rain and street sounds have separate volume controls in Options. Battery saver reduces the rendering workload on older phones.
